Hello, I’m Tuula, your personal health coach. My international background and my experience with my own health led me to health coaching as I want to help other people to thrive in life. I use food as medicine in my own life. I’m passionate about cooking and educating people about the benefits of the right foods.
As certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I’ll use a personalized approach to explore the root causes of why you don’t feel well and work with you to set up sustainable methods to improve your wellbeing. Constantly looking through my rose-tinted glasses I want to help you find the joy and energy to transform your life.
I offer practical applications of the latest theories and research on nutrition, lifestyle, functional medicine and health coaching. I will analyse your diet, study other lifestyle factors and create personalized lifestyle recommendations. In addition, I can make a supplement plan if necessary. I will use a holistic approach to your wellness so you can achieve results and reach your health goals. I can help you in areas of nutrition, sleep and relaxation, movement, stress management and toxin reduction.
Did you know that Keho is a Finnish word? It refers to the living human body. I chose the name Keho&Co because it reflects how special we all are and how our bodies have different, unique, needs. We also have different ways of dealing with life so we need personalized strategies to thrive. I will share the journey with you, guide you in the right direction and educate you along the way so you can choose the right path for you.
