My name is Tuula and I was born in Finland with SISU a Finnish word describing inner strength, determination and perseverance. Did you also know that Finland was named as the ‘Happiest country in the world’ for 3 years in a row? My heritage lays some of the groundwork for who I am today as a genuine and resilient person.
Global citizen – all around the world for 25 years
I’ve become a master of taking on a multitude of cultures and consistently winning their confidence and trust. My unique background includes 25 years of living abroad over 3 continents: Europe, Americas and Asia where I’ve acquired skills such as cultural awareness, power of positive mindset and, both personal and organizational, transformation.
Swimming – from racing to beloved hobby
As I’ve navigated through life, I’ve consistently proven to successfully manage multiple challenges. I also know that we all need some encouragement at times to push us forward and find the right direction. Swimming has always been my favourite sport and it has taught me that even individual sports are a team effort. I know how to train and coach in a consistent manner to get results and to excel as an individual and make the winning team.
Nourishment and pleasure – cooking is my passion
My principle is to use food as medicine so I’m enthusiastic to teach you how food affects your health. Having tried and tested many diets I know what works and I've found the balance that supports my own wellbeing and longevity. Using a holistic approach on myself and with my clients, I have discovered the prevention strategies that help people to live a long and well life.

As a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach (NLC) I’m able to use a personalized approach to explore the root causes of why you don’t feel well and work with you to set up sustainable methods to improve your wellbeing. If you are ready to optimize your performance and health, I can help you in the areas of nutrition, sleep and relaxation, movement, stress management and toxin reduction. I also have in-depth knowledge of ergonomics so when you need guidance on a better working setup and environment, please don’t wait!
