Book a no-commitment FREE 30 min call with me to find out if health coaching is right for you. During the call, we discuss your current lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.
You start by filling out a health questionnaire which includes setting up your health goals. You will also keep a minimum of a 3-day food log so I can understand your current eating habits. I will then create a nutrition report and analyse your nutrition intake based on your food diary.
Once we have our first consultation you have received your nutrition report and we can review it together. We will also assess your current lifestyle and clarify your goals. I usually reserve 90 min (2 x 45 min) to do deep-dive during the initial session.
Your first follow-up session will take place a few days later so we can establish action steps to move you towards your goals. You will get a tracking sheet to help you stay accountable and committed. There is always some homework and I will support you along the way.
During the subsequent follow-up sessions, we will discuss your progress, tweak the steps if needed before we start building on your habits from the prior sessions. I will suggest 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes and educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.
In your final session, you and I will assess your progress and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved and a tailor-made plan to keep you on track.
